“Something feels different.”

That was the comment Andy Martin shared when people came back into the Stellantis Performance Academy after not being in the building for a while.

 

Not just that it looked different.

 

It felt different.

 

There was a different energy in the building.

 

And Andy put that down, in part, to the work done around making the Academy’s vision and mission clearer - helping people understand what they are there to do, and how they do it.

 

I think that really matters.

 

Because in a world where digital convenience keeps getting better, your people and your locations have to offer something more human, more useful and more memorable.

 

That does not happen by accident.

 

Whether you are running a dealer network, franchise model, branch network, regional team or any other multi-location business, people need more than updates and information.

 

They need clarity.

 

They need to understand the bigger picture.

 

And they need to feel part of it.

 

When that happens, comms stop being something people have to read.

 

They become something people can believe in and act on.
