Peter Cronin, Managing Director of We Are Acuity. With over 15 years’ experience managing the marketing connections between big brands and their local partner networks. Peter understands how the Customer Journey is often misread at local level and how important it is in helping to inform activity.

Louise Murphy, head of Instigate Consulting. 15 years of client-side marketing experience working with automotive franchise brands Toyota and Citroën in Ireland, where she was most recently marketing director. Louise has seen what works and what doesn’t in terms of national and local marketing. She also brings a wealth of channel knowledge to the panel.
