Work/life balance.
Work can be extremely busy, and so can life. We don't want you to miss out on the important family and friends things, so we work hard to be sensible about workloads, deadlines and expectations, especially in a remote setting where boundaries can blur.
We have clear core collaboration hours when the team is available to work together. Outside of that you have the flexibility to plan your day in a way that works for you and your role. We respect that your time away from work really is your time, and while this is agency life and the occasional crunch happens, those are exceptions, not the norm.
Staying connected.
Working remotely doesn't mean working alone. We catch up regularly as a team, collaborate closely on projects and make space for informal chats as well as focused work.
We also like to get together in person. From team days and workshops to the occasional memorable night out, we create opportunities throughout the year to connect face-to-face, celebrate wins and have some fun.
