A day in the life of a Digital Lead.

I was asked to write 'a day in the life of a senior digital designer at We Are Acuity. As a senior digital designer, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase my expertise and drive results. I begin my day by reviewing my team's progress, offering guidance and feedback on their projects.

I then dive into my own projects, which often involve developing high-level concepts and designs for digital experiences. From prototyping and user testing, to iterating and refining, I lead the design process to ensure that our projects not only meet the brief but also deliver an exceptional user experience.

Throughout the day, I collaborate with our colleagues to push our work to the very best it can be. I also stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge technologies and design principles into my work.

In the afternoons, I often spend time mentoring and coaching my team, helping them to grow their skills and reach their full potential.

As a senior digital designer, I play a critical role in driving the success of our projects and elevating the design capabilities of my team. I am passionate about what I do and take great pride in creating digital experiences that make a difference.
