Today we celebrate International Women's Day 2022.

Today We Are Acuity celebrates #internationalwomensday. Today we celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.

As husband to a wonderful wife and father to two amazing daughters, am far more aware of inequality than ever in my life. For sure we have made progress, but I imagine we can create a truly gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. I believe together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

Within each of us there is a spark that can help light a flame of hope. With every positive action (big or small), with every kind word shared, we can make a difference. So here is our celebration of the ladies on our team all of whom deserve a special mention.

Firstly, Tracy has been with the company for 7 years, she is a great asset to our Acuity family, who specialises in Finance Management and dabbles a bit in HR too. Tracy has completed the London to Brighton bike ride and loves being by the sea.
 
Cheyenne has been with the company for nearly a year now and is one of our Delivery Manager’s. She manages multiple accounts for our wonderful clients Book Depository and Dignity Funerals. Cheyenne loves learning new cooking recipes and binge-watching a whole TV series in one sitting.
 
And last but by no means least, Zoey is our new starter here at Acuity. She is an all-round social media expert. Specialising in Digital Campaign Management, the likes of Facebook and Instagram advertising, PPC and Google Display. Zoey has a dapple sausage dog named Archie and loves exploring new cities.
 
We’re proud to have these women on the We Are Acuity team in what can be a male dominated industry. It’s vital to ensure there is gender equality in any business, not just ours.

We also work with some amazing and wonderful women who are our clients, Harriet from Citroën is a prime example, who is leading the way in Retailer Marketing. As is Alice at Suzuki GB. We also have had the pleasure of working with many other female leaders in their roles Kavita, Helen, Nicola, Debbie, Jodie, Alex , Tammy, Jennifer, Céline, Claire and many more besides! Today we celebrate all women's achievements, please join us!
