Empowering Dealers via Marketing Workshops.

In 2024, We Are Acuity put together a series of online Automotive Dealer Marketing workshops to support UK Dealers who had limited marketing expertise. These sessions provided them with valuable insights, best practices, and practical strategies across various marketing disciplines, helping Dealers enhance their local marketing efforts. Each workshop was followed by a 1-2-1 session, run by We Are Acuity, ensuring attendees fully understood the content and had the opportunity to discuss their specific local challenges and opportunities.

We developed a tailored series of online workshops to address key marketing challenges faced by Dealers. Each session covered fundamental marketing topics, including localised campaign planning, customer engagement strategies, digital marketing best practices, and tips on how to optimise their presence across various channels. The key to each workshops' success was in providing clear, actionable insights, so Dealers could be confident in their marketing capabilities.

It was important to follow-up each workshop with 1-2-1 sessions – when there are lots of attendees, asking questions can be daunting. Personalised discussions allowed for deeper exploration of individual Dealer challenges, clarification of topics that had been discussed and the development of practical action points tailored to their local markets.

All the workshops were very well received, with Dealers expressing increased confidence in their marketing knowledge and abilities. Many participants implemented strategies discussed during the sessions, leading to improved local marketing efforts and stronger customer engagement.

Feedback indicated that the combination of group learning and personalised follow-up was particularly effective in ensuring practical application of marketing concepts.
