Work/life balance

Work can be extremely busy – but so can life. We don’t want you to miss out on the important family and friends things, so we not only make an effort to be sensible when it comes to workloads, deadlines and expectations, we’ve actually made some policy to ensure it.

We have flexible working hours which run from 8am to 6pm (suiting early and late risers), and we have a strict no-email-after-6pm policy to help ensure that your time is your time. Of course this is agency life, and things don’t always run exactly like that, but we try to make those the rare exceptions rather than the all-too-common rules.

And of course, when we go out to unwind together (which happens regularly under normal circumstances), we like to do something memorable, different and engaging. That doesn’t mean we don’t like pubs and quizzes, we just like variety. We also like helping people, so we organise an annual charitable day off and like to give when we can.
