Goods for Good is a local charity to us, based in Watford and one that we have been supporting for several years. You may have seen some of my previous posts but if not here’s a brief summary of the great work they do.

Founded in 2014, Goods for Good set out to bridge the gap between those that have too much and those that have too little. Their mission is to harness the efforts of business, charity and community partners to unlock large volumes of quality, surplus goods which are distributed as humanitarian aid to people in crisis, restoring dignity whilst also reducing waste, and the harmful effects of CO2 emissions.

Fast forward to today and Goods for Good work with over 200 corporate partners including names such as Aviva, The Dune Group, Next, UNIQLO, My 1st Years, ONERETAIL LIMITED plus many more and they have some impressive results, 150 charities and 5.1 million beneficiaries supported, £53 million worth of goods distributed, and 2.1 million tonnes of CO2 emissions saved.
