How does just £1 deliver £50 worth of hope? By transforming surplus stock into life-changing essentials – clothing, toiletries, hygiene products and more – reaching people in crisis across the UK and around the world.
It’s what Goods For Good does every day.
Quietly, effectively, and with extraordinary efficiency. They partner with retailers, brands and logistics providers to redirect perfectly usable goods away from landfill and into the hands of those who need them most.
The result?
Over 6 million people supported across more than 30 countries, including the UK, Ukraine, the Middle East and Africa.
And thanks to this work, 50,000 tonnes of carbon emissions have been avoided by diverting goods from landfill or incineration.
It’s social impact and environmental sustainability, delivered hand in hand.
Since discovering them in 2022, it’s been a privilege for me and the We Are Acuity team to play a small part in supporting their journey. Being able to give back with our time and skills, in a way that helps amplify their incredible impact, has been genuinely rewarding.
Last week’s strategy workshop was all about helping them sharpen their focus, reach the right people, and raise more income to fuel their ambitions. Because the potential here is huge – and deeply needed.
