When customers explore vehicle finance, they are presented with a range of funding options, each designed to suit different needs and circumstances.

Stellantis Financial Services wanted to ensure those options were explained clearly and consistently, helping customers and retailer partners understand the differences and identify the solution that works for them.

Starting with a collaborative workshop, we developed a structured content framework that evolved into a suite of digital product brochures and animated explainer videos, all designed to support confident, informed decisions.

Challenge.

Stellantis Financial Services offers multiple funding products across its marques, serving both personal and business customers. Each product has a distinct role, yet the nuances between them need to be communicated in a way that feels accessible and reassuring.

The task was to create content that clearly outlines what each product is, who it is suited to and what customers can expect throughout the agreement. Every asset had to align with brand guidelines, meet legal and regulatory requirements and remain relevant over time.

The ambition was not simply to inform, but to create resources that genuinely support customers and retailer partners in conversations about finance.

Insight.

Through our face-to-face workshop sessions, we focused on how customers approach funding decisions in real life.

Rather than leading with product terminology, we structured every piece of content around the questions customers naturally ask. Is this right for me? How does it work in practice? What happens at the end?

This created a repeatable framework that could be applied consistently across all products and formats. It also ensured that clarity, consistency and longevity were built into the content from the outset.

With a shared structure in place, each product could be explained in a way that feels straightforward and easy to navigate, whether read on a page or viewed on screen.

The insights we gained from the face-to-face workshop were invaluable and guided the video content.

Solution.

We developed a modular finance education system delivered across complementary formats.

The first stage was a suite of digital product brochures, designed for use online and within the dealership environment. Each guide focuses on a single funding product, using clear sectioning and plain English to explain suitability, process and end-of-agreement options. Integrated QR codes provide a seamless route to further information.

Building on the same framework, we produced a full suite of animated explainer videos. From scripting and storyboarding through to brand and legal compliance reviews, every stage was carefully managed to ensure accuracy and alignment.

The videos mirror the structure of the brochures, reinforcing key messages while presenting them in a concise and engaging visual format. Together, the assets form a cohesive system that works consistently across marques and customer touchpoints.

Results.

The finished suite provides Stellantis Financial Services with a clear and consistent way to explain its funding products, supporting both customers and retailer partners.

The digital brochures continue to drive engagement, with customers actively accessing additional information via embedded QR codes. The accompanying videos extend that clarity into a dynamic format, helping to ensure each product is understood before decisions are made.

As Kevin Larcombe, Marketing Product & Supplier Manager, explains, the resources “will benefit our customers and retailer partners alike, ensuring our customers are given a clear understanding for each of our funding products.”

What began as a strategic workshop has become a scalable content framework that will support Stellantis Financial Services across future projects and product conversations.
